Spinners - Heaven On Earth (So Fine) / I'm Tired Of Giving

Description
Spinners bring two sides of soul into focus on this 1977 single: the hopeful promise of “Heaven On Earth (So Fine)” and the weariness suggested by “I'm Tired Of Giving.” Soul has always made room for both—romance and resolve, tenderness and the moment when a heart draws a line—and that emotional honesty is part of what keeps the tradition close to everyday life. Here, the contrast between the titles gives the release its own small dramatic arc, moving from the possibility of something fine to the cost of giving too much. Issued by Atlantic as ST-3030, this United States pressing preserves that balance in a concise soul release.
