Stephanie Mills Featuring Teddy Pendergrass / Stephanie Mills - Two Hearts / I Just Wanna Say

Description
At 20Th Century Records, Stephanie Mills Featuring Teddy Pendergrass brings “Two Hearts” to the fore, while the flip offers Stephanie Mills on “I Just Wanna Say.” The pairing places two distinct vocal credits in a soulful disco setting, where dance music and expressive singing meet without losing their warmth. Disco has always made room for both the steady pull of the groove and the human feeling carried by a voice; that balance gives this single its appeal. Issued as TC-2492, it connects a duet with a solo turn from Mills, letting the titles themselves trace the record’s change of perspective.
