Sweet Thunder - I Leave You Stronger / I Leave You Stronger

Description
Fantasy Wmot Records’ 1979 recording brings Sweet Thunder to the fore with “I Leave You Stronger,” a title shared by both sides of this 7-inch single. Soul has always made room for songs that meet hardship with feeling and resolve, turning personal emotion into something listeners can carry with them. That tradition gives this track’s repeated title a quietly compelling presence, without needing to dress it up with a story the record itself doesn’t supply. Issued in the USA as F-860-A-S, the single keeps its focus on one song and its lasting promise: to leave someone stronger.
