Sylvers - Boogie Fever / Free Style

Description
Sylvers bring the bright, tightly wound spirit of 1970s funk and soul to “Boogie Fever,” a title that captures disco’s gift for turning a simple phrase into an invitation to move. Disco grew from soul’s rhythmic drive, stretching its pulse into a shared dance-floor language, and this 1975 single belongs to that lively conversation. “Free Style” completes the pairing, while the two titles keep the focus on the concise, memorable craft of the single. Issued in the USA on Capitol, catalog number 4179, this 7-inch release preserves a moment when funk, soul and disco met in a particularly buoyant corner of popular music.
