Telly Savalas - Nevertheless (I'm In Love With You) / Who Loves Ya Baby

Description
A little soul, a little sway—this 1975 single finds actor Telly Savalas stepping into easy-listening territory with a touch of funk. “Nevertheless (I'm In Love With You)” brings a tender, old-fashioned romantic phrase into the story, while “Who Loves Ya Baby” carries the familiar line that became closely associated with Savalas. The pairing sits at an appealing crossroads: polished pop sentiment on one side, a more playful soul-minded title on the other. Issued in the USA by Mca Records as MCA-40468, it captures a moment when performers could move between screen persona and popular song. Both titles keep the focus on Savalas himself.
