Terri Clark - Just The Same / Hold Your Horses

Description
“Just The Same” and “Hold Your Horses” make a lively pairing on this 1996 country single by Terri Clark. Country music has always had room for both sides of a story: the steady pull of a familiar feeling and the spark of a playful turn. Clark’s record brings those two titles together without asking you to choose between them. Issued by Mercury Records as catalog number 314-574 456-7, this USA pressing belongs to a tradition where a well-shaped song can carry warmth and wit in equal measure. The contrast between the titles gives the release its own small narrative, leaving both songs to speak for themselves.
