The Brass Ring - Dis-Advantages Of You / The Dating Game

Description
Brass pop has a way of turning a melody into a little parade: bright, poised and built to catch the ear. The Brass Ring bring that polished instrumental-pop spirit to both sides here. “Dis-Advantages Of You” opens the scene, while “The Dating Game” gives the reverse its own title and place in the pairing. There’s a particular pleasure in this era’s Now Sound, where the brass section steps forward and pop arrangement becomes part of the fun. Issued in the United States on Dunhill, 45-D-4065 keeps these two pieces together, a neat meeting of brass-led pop and the era’s appetite for a stylish instrumental interlude.
