The Dells - Believe Me / Oh, What A Night

Description
The Dells bring “Believe Me” to the front with the kind of direct, heartfelt phrasing that sits comfortably in soul’s long tradition of making a love song feel personal. Their music meets the listener close up: a promise, a little vulnerability, and room for the voices to carry the feeling. Then “Oh, What A Night” turns the story toward the doo-wop spirit, where a memorable refrain and romantic storytelling have always made a song easy to share. Issued on Cadet as 5649, this U.S. single links soul’s emotional candor with the enduring craft of the vocal love song.
