The Ebonys - Sexy Ways / It's Forever

Description
“Sexy Ways” meets “It’s Forever” on a 1973 soul single by The Ebonys, a pairing that brings two distinct titles together under the warm, expressive tradition of Philadelphia soul. The group’s name belongs right at the heart of this release: The Ebonys give the record its identity, while the songs offer two points of entry into the rich world of early-’70s soul. Issued in the USA by Philadelphia International Records as ZS7 3529, this 7-inch single carries the period’s unmistakable focus on concise, song-led expression. The enduring appeal of soul lies in how much feeling a song can hold, and these titles keep that invitation open.
