The Manhattans - One Life To Live / It's The Only Way

Description
Soul has a way of making a small moment feel like it matters. The Manhattans bring that feeling to the fore on “One Life To Live,” where the title itself carries a quiet urgency, then turn to “It's The Only Way” for a second piece of the story. These songs belong to the rich tradition of soul, where expressive vocals and direct feeling make everyday words resonate. Issued in 1972 on De Luxe as 45-139, this USA pressing offers a glimpse of The Manhattans’ music in that era, with both titles centered on the choices and convictions that shape a life.
