The Rhythm Makers - Touch / Touch

Description
The Rhythm Makers’ 1975 single “Touch” takes its place in funk’s enduring conversation between pulse and release: music built to make rhythm feel physical, with every repeated phrase inviting another step. Soul gives that tradition its human warmth, while funk keeps the beat taut and forward-moving. Here, “Touch” appears on both sides, a title that becomes a small refrain in its own right. The Rhythm Makers leave the focus on that compact, memorable word and the groove-centered world it evokes. This 7-inch single was issued by Vigor Records as VIDJ-1719, carrying a classic slice of mid-seventies funk into the present.
