The Tweets - Dance Little Bird (Birdie Song) / Mellow Terrain

Description
The Tweets bring two contrasting titles together on this 1982 single: the playful “Dance Little Bird (Birdie Song)” on one side, and “Mellow Terrain” on the other. Novelty pop has a knack for turning a simple idea into a shared musical moment, while disco’s steady pulse gives dance music a natural invitation to join in. Here, that pairing leaves room for both a wink and a change of pace, without asking either title to carry the whole record. Released on Satril as SA 1006, this United States pressing belongs to the era when a memorable song could travel from the dance floor into everyday life.
