Thelma Houston - Sunshower / If This Was The Last Song

Description
Thelma Houston brings pop and soul together on a 7-inch single whose two titles invite a little lingering. “Sunshower” opens the story, while “If This Was The Last Song” gives it a tender, reflective turn; together, they suggest the emotional reach that makes soul such a lasting language within popular music. The tradition has always made room for both polish and feeling, letting a song hold its poise without losing its warmth. Issued in the United States on Dunhill, catalog number 45-D-4197, this single keeps the focus on Houston and two memorable titles. There’s something enduring in pop that leaves space for soul to speak.
