Tim Stevens With The Chords & North Side Youth Ensemble / Tim Stevens - Love Power / A Test Of Love

Description
“Love Power” and “A Test Of Love” bring two sides of gospel-rooted soul together under Tim Stevens’s name. The first is credited to Tim Stevens With The Chords & North Side Youth Ensemble; the second to Tim Stevens. On this 7-inch single, that pairing sits naturally in a tradition where gospel’s language of devotion meets soul’s direct, human address. Stebro Records issued it as SR1003, a concise release whose titles place love at the heart of the encounter. Gospel and soul have long drawn strength from music that makes feeling communal as well as personal, and these two tracks share that enduring subject.
