Tommy James - Cat's Eye In The Window / Dark Is The Night

Description
“Cat's Eye In The Window” and “Dark Is The Night” make an intriguing pairing, setting two evocative titles side by side on Tommy James’s 1972 American 7-inch single. James is a rock singer, and this release sits in the bright, concise pop-rock tradition: songs built to make their mark without asking for an album’s worth of space. That compact form has always had its own appeal, leaving room for a sharp turn of phrase and a memorable musical idea to carry the moment. Issued by Roulette as R-7126, the single preserves both titles together—a small, focused entry in Tommy James’s recorded story.
