Its companion turns toward the familiar country tradition of getting back into life’s rhythm, giving the pair a pleasing sense of contrast without losing their common ground. Byrd is a country singer, and this 1992 USA pressing reflects the contemporary country and new traditionalist styles named for the release. Mca Records issued it as MCAS7-54426, a small slice of early-’90s country built around two evocative titles.
