Vikki Nelson - I Was A Fool For Leaving / Like A Baby

Description
Vikki Nelson brings two sides of rhythm and blues into focus on this 7-inch single. “I Was A Fool For Leaving” and “Like A Baby” make a striking pair of titles, each carrying the plainspoken emotional pull that has long given blues its staying power. Rhythm and blues draws on that directness, shaping stories of love and regret into songs built for the close connection between a voice and its listener. This American pressing keeps the spotlight on Nelson and these two songs, with the release identified by Vik and catalog number 4X-0273. The blues tradition thrives on feeling made immediate.
