Vitamin "E" - Sharing / Sharing

Description
Vitamin "E" brings “Sharing” into the warm, open-hearted world of soul, where a song can feel like an invitation to meet one another halfway. The title is simple, but the idea behind it runs deep: soul has long made room for tenderness and connection alongside its brighter, more celebratory spirit. Here, “Sharing” gives that tradition a direct point of focus, with the song itself carrying the message rather than any grand explanation. The release appeared on Buddah Records as BDA 574 in 1977. Its flip side is also titled “Sharing,” keeping the record’s attention fixed on one enduring thought: music, like generosity, is made to be shared.
