Walter Jackson - Feelings / Words (Are Impossible)

Description
Walter Jackson’s 1976 7-inch single pairs two evocative titles: “Feelings” and “Words (Are Impossible).” That contrast gives the release a natural point of entry into soul, a tradition that has long made room for both the directness of a heartfelt declaration and the ache of what remains difficult to say. Jackson was a soul singer, and the two songs place his name at the center of this compact pairing without asking the titles to tell more than they can. Issued by Chi-Sound Records as CH-XW908-Y, the single is a small, focused meeting of feeling and expression in 1970s soul.
