Wings - Medley: Backwards Traveller / Cuff Link / With A Little Luck

Description
The pairing of “Medley: Backwards Traveller / Cuff Link” and “With A Little Luck” brings two different kinds of pop-rock storytelling together: one moves through connected musical ideas, while the other gives its title a gently hopeful turn. On this United States 7-inch single, Wings let compact form meet the expansive spirit of rock, where a song can open a small world and a medley can link one thought to the next. Capitol Records issued it as catalog number 4559. The contrast is the pleasure here: a joined passage beside a standalone song, each offering its own shape within the pop-rock tradition.
