Z.Z. Hill - You Better Take Time / It Can Be Fixed

Description
Z.Z. Hill brings the direct, human pull of blues to this single, where a song can feel like a conversation carried by voice and feeling rather than ornament. “You Better Take Time” sets one title alongside “It Can Be Fixed,” a pairing that leaves room for the listener to sit with both phrases without guessing at their stories. Blues has long made space for such plain-spoken expression: personal in tone, yet open enough for each listener to find a way in. Issued as a 7-inch single on Mhr Records, catalog MH 224, it keeps the focus on Hill and the enduring force of a song plainly said.
